Double Rainbow in the Hellgate

Triple digit heat has arrived in Montana. I am staying close to home, keeping my plants watered; enjoying watching them begin to bloom and grow. I have gone all out this year with container gardening. I have planted 44 clay pots which are arranged on and around the front deck of the house. I also have 11 hanging baskets, one raised bed, and the garden patch, up on the hill. With this dry heat, I need to water twice a day,  I relish my quiet time in the sun, it is my time away from the give and take of the day.  We also have had a storm or two pass through, very little rain, but, oh! the rainbows they leave in their wake are fabulous.
